Trial period
The candidate works through SQRD.tech for 3–6 months while the client evaluates performance and team fit.
Transfer
After the probation period, the specialist can move to the client’s staff or continue direct cooperation.
TRANSFER TERMS
Transparent commercial options
If the client decides to continue with the candidate directly, the transfer can be structured in one of two ways.
One-time transfer fee
Calculated from the candidate’s annual gross salary and paid when the specialist transfers to the client.
Ongoing cooperation fee
Paid during the candidate’s cooperation with the company after the transfer or direct collaboration starts.
